This agreement is between you and Nikolai Morozov, the developer of Skisse. By installing or using Skisse, you agree to it.
You get a personal, non-transferable license to use Skisse on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store Terms of Service. You may use what you create with Skisse for personal or commercial purposes.
The Skisse app, its templates, stickers, and frames are ours; fonts are used under their own licenses. What you create is yours.
Skisse PRO is billed and managed by Apple, as described in our Terms of Use.
Skisse is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for damages or lost content from using or being unable to use the app.
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Skisse, its content, maintenance, or support, and has no warranty obligation beyond refunding the purchase price where applicable. Apple is not responsible for any claims about Skisse, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it. You confirm you're not in a country under a U.S. embargo and not on a U.S. government restricted-party list.
This agreement lasts until you delete Skisse or we end it because these terms were broken.
